I know technically it is still September, and for a lot of people that is still too early for Halloween anything. Around my house Halloween starts at the end of August.
I am torn between Halloween and Christmas for my favorite holiday but I love the joy of celebrating ANY holiday. Not just the big ones. Continue reading “Halloween Snickerdoodles – A Family Tradition Continues”
Hurricane Dorian. Heard of it?
She has really put a hiccup in my plans for this week. Honestly, my plans for this month.
We evacuated… and now it feels like it will be forever until we get back home. Continue reading “Rainy Day Ideas- Cookies and Tinkering”
When Disney reached out to partner with us for a playdate I couldn’t stop jumping up and down. Seriously!!! Of course we would love to host a playdate party.

So after we built our fire pit in the back yard I was trying to come up with new and different ideas for foods to make over the fire. I have to give credit to this idea to my friend Laura who is currently camping across the country this summer. I couldn’t go into any grocery store without seeing how cheap watermelons are right now. Or should I say how affordable watermelons are right now. This size watermelon was only a few dollars. The larger watermelons would work too, but you would just need a whole bunch more material.
What you will need: Baking Soda, Vinegar, Dish Soap and food coloring (that is optional).
